Fans of SIX can continue getting down with the Tudor queens for years to come, with the hit musical extending its West End run at the Vaudeville Theatre until 28 November 2027.

The booking extension comes as the award winning musical continues its international expansion, with productions planned across Spain, Germany, Australia, China and Luxembourg over the next two years. The show’s filmed stage production is also set to reach audiences across North America in 2026.

Since premiering at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017, SIX has become one of the UK’s biggest theatrical success stories. The show continues to play on Broadway, is touring internationally, and remains a fixture of the West End theatre scene.

The musical, created by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, transforms the six wives of Henry VIII into pop superstars, giving each queen the chance to reclaim her story through an electrifying concert style performance. The unique format has helped SIX build a devoted fanbase around the world and collect more than 35 major international awards along the way.

Its popularity extends far beyond the stage. The original cast recording was certified Platinum earlier this year, while songs from the show have amassed more than 5.5 billion streams worldwide. Following a successful UK cinema release, SIX The Musical Live! is also heading to more than 1,000 cinemas across the United States and Canada in 2026.

The current West End cast features Adrianne Langley as Catherine of Aragon, Marisha Morgan as Anne Boleyn, Jessica Aubrey as Jane Seymour, Freya Karlettis as Anna of Cleves, Leesa Tulley as Katherine Howard and Nia Stephen as Catherine Parr.

With tickets now on sale through to November 2027, it looks like the queens will be ruling the West End for quite some time yet.
